Founded in 1752. The most historical and traditional Japanese restaurant in Kanazawa
Kanazawa's iconic Japanese restaurant that was visited by feudal lords and domain officials. The restaurant is still visited by many guests from inside and outside the prefecture and country including writers and artists, even after the Westernization of Japan.
