How to Use & Buy Tickets

When entering the store (or making a reservation), please be sure to tell the staff that you want to use a ticket. Some stores require reservations in advance.

There are five types of tickets (prices include tax): Red (1,000 yen), Yellow (2,000 yen), Green (3,000 yen), Blue (5,000 yen), and Purple (10,000 yen).
Choose a meal according to the ticket type you purchased.
We also have a special Ryotei Plan (Prices range from 7,000 to 44,000 yen).

* Please note that the meals introduced here may change depending on store circumstances or seasons.

Please make your own reservations in advance for stores marked "Reservation required."
When making a reservation, please be sure to tell the staff that you want to use a Kanazawa BIMI Ticket.

* Even when stores do not require reservations, we still recommend contacting them in advance to check how crowded they are, etc.
* Please note that you may have to wait to be seated if the store is crowded.

  • Each ticket type is valid only for the food and/or drink described on the shop and menu lists and cannot be changed.
  • These tickets cannot be refunded after purchase.
  • We will not reissue or refund tickets for any reason, including loss.
  • Tickets cannot be exchanged for cash. They are not cash vouchers.
  • Tickets expire six months after the date they are issued.
