The Hyakumangoku-no-Sushi is an assortment of 10 sushi, including pieces topped with Hokuriku's iconic ingredients such as Nodoguro seabass, yellowtail, crab, whelk, sweet shrimp, greasyback shrimp and one chef's-choice topping. Glass shrimp Kakiage is added in summer, and cod milt tempura is added
